No climbing over a 5 ft wall required. Door use dependent on safety.
Our pilots are very experienced and have been on national television.
Your souvenir photos are taken by a professional photographer.
A weight fuel surcharge of $25 if over 225 lbs., $50 if over 255 lbs.

We'll fly over vineyards, wineries, orchards and luxury estates. We'll see wildlife, local lakes and mountains with distant ocean views.

Great weather, terrific Pilot Phil, great experience! Mimosas were great, bottled water for everyone. Packaged snacks 👍🏼

It was an awful experience. I was standing right below the fire. The whole time we were up on the air felt like my head was on fire. We did not have breakfast, it is a ziplock bag with a couple of granola bar and mixed nuts with an excuse of COVID. Pictures is so minimal; there is only 1 picture showing blowing up the baloon; there is no picture when we were up on the air. Considering they are the most expensive balloon ride in Temecula, we expected a better experience.

I was disappointed to see your review especially after the other passengers and I waited for you. You were late and giving us heartache over having to wear a mask. Yes, we have had to make several changes due to COVID-19. Our breakfast items are now individually wrapped and packaged by gloved individuals. We don't like it either - but we have to deal with the hand we are dealt.

Great experience. The pilot and crew were friendly and professional. We had a beautiful ride. I took my husband for a birthday surprise. He lived it.
