We were scheduled to do this tour and received an email 2 days before that Dickel had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We were very disappointed, BUT left to go to Nearest Greene and had to wait around there two hours to start our tour! We then missed our lunch and did not get anytime in Lynchburg before Jack Daniel’s tour! Another Mint Julep tour guide told us his bus did go to Dickel and it was wonderful! So in discussing with everyone on our bus, we all booked by June so they knew we were all going on this tour months ago but we did not get tkts! We will not use Mint Julep tours again! We are from Lexington and know our Bourbon tours, this was not handled well. Other tour companies will secure tkts at booking and that should have been done by Mint Julep. Not handled well at all.

Jonathan was awesome - he gave us plenty of excellent recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the whole area. The tours of Cascade Hollow/George Dickel and Jack Daniel's were great. I can't wait to get back to the area and do custom tour with Mint Julep to visit some of the other distilleries in Tennessee. Thank you for helping kick off our girl's weekend with good whiskey and Dickel Drops.

This was a gift for my husband and we had a lovely time. Bob was great and had lots of great nuggets of information to share. He was also helpful and accomodating with me as I am recovering from a broken ankle slowing us down. Jack Daniel's has beautiful grounds, but Dickel was our favorite. Thanks, Bob!
