If you're planning to go to Naples and not sure where to start, start it the right way, dinner with Paolo and Nando. My friend, Anna and I decided to book Paolo for dinner in Naples and it was not only the best introduction to Naples on our first night but it was one of the high points of our visit. We got to taste and pick of favourite wine from this amazing little off license, that as a tourist you would pass in a blink of an eye. Over wine, we discussed what we would like to learn to cook. We went to the market, to get the most amazing ingredients. Did I mention the ice cream, yes there was ice cream!! To top it all off, we were shown how to cook an italian dinner, while drinking wine and talking about Naples, where to go over the coming days and in general just great conversations. If you want an amazing induction to Naples and its food, there is no better guides and cooks than Paolo and Nando.
