This guided float trip is perfect for those who aren’t quite ready for big rapids, but still enjoy the outdoors. Children as young as 3 years-old are welcome on this introductory white water rafting trip, as well as non-swimmers and rafting beginners. This float trip offers you plenty of chances to relax and even take a dip in the river!
***THE FAMILY FLOAT TRIPIS IS FOR GROUPS WITH SMALL CHILDREN UNDER 8 YEARS OLD. IF YOUR GROUP IS ALL AGES 8 AND ABOVE (EVEN IF YOUR GROUP HAS NEVER BEEN RAFTING BEFORE) WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND CALLING.

John was a great guide that kept us all involved during the trip! The fact that he is originally from Florida a few miles from our hometown was an awesome coincidence! My 5 year old son asked to go white water rafting for his birthday as part of our vacation and he was not disappointed! Added bonus was getting to watch me fall out 5 minutes into the trip! We will definitely use Raft Outdoor Adventures for our next trip when we’re back in the area!

We had a family group of 27 people ranging in age from 3-80 and they accomodated all of us without any problem. We did the family float on the Lower Pigeon River. Princess Hali was the guide of the raft I was in and she was AWESOME!!!

We had a great time. First time for a few on our raft so it was a great experience for them. Our guide was lots of fun! Will do again.
