Got charged by Viator for a ride that is closed for maintenance. Would like a refund for a ride we could not take

I rated excellent because for a roller coaster ride it was but I was definitely afraid. I kept my eyes closed the entire time. I was talked into doing this activity by my best friend. I uploaded the wrong picture

Really fun scary roller coaster. The initial incline is intense and then it is lots of curves, fast up high movement and a complete circle. I loved it! I went with my niece. Everyone else in the party was afraid.
