The pilot was great and did a great job. That’s the only positive about the whole experience. They require you to be there an hour early or you get a$50 fine per person. We get there early and literally arent checked in until about 1035. We sit around for a while and then finally at 1108 we head to helicopter. 38 min later than the time we had chosen. Wr finally get back at 1145. We land and some of the staff friends or family are taking pics. My gf asked if she can take a pic. The lil guy that took us out to the helicopter, yells at her no and go. Rude as heck And the other guy working says i don’t see why he’s acting like that. So i ask for a manager who Couldn’t be found. I was very disappointed with this whole experience and it was a waste of my time and money. We had a 1:30 flight out of Newark that we missed bc of their tardiness. I would’ve booked an even earlier flight if i knew you guys weren’t efficient and on time. I will never fly with this company again. Don’t say a time and require people to be there early (fine them if they don’t) and you guys aren’t operating on time

I would NOT recommend this company. They hit us on What's App appx 60min before flight time informing us they would not be flying due to maintenance. We understand issues arise to the equipment, but to wait until the last minute to notify us with no options of making things right other than a refund was disappointing. Due to NY traffic, we were already enroute to the heliport which we obviously incurred costs. This experience was to be the highlight of our trip, so rebooking us on another chopper or with another company would have made sense. Instead, the agent said there was nothing he could do other than book us on a flight the following weekend (which made no sense as we were visiting from Florida) or give us a refund. Then, we couldn't even reach Viator or Tripadvisor for help or assistance. Just bad customer service all the way around in my opinion.

Staff very good and it all worked like clockwork. Easy to find. Pilot very knowledgeable and pointed out places/buildings of interest all the time.
