Wow! How much fun!! We were greeted in Carytown with so many people celebrating Halloween. Kids, parents and dogs all dressed for the occasion. Amber met us at the New York Deli where we had the chance to taste their popular version of chicken and waffles. So delicious and unique! Amber was informative, friendly and knowledgeable of the Carytown area and shared interesting tidbits of the area. I have been on many food tours in different states, and this definitely is in the top 3. The choice of restaurants and friendly atmosphere made this a perfect outing. Thanks Amber!

My sister and I had a wonderful time on this tour! I was visiting her from New York and she hadn't been to many of the restaurants we went to. It was a fun way to sample food and drink from 6 different places without having to worry about what to order or where to sit. Every place we went to welcomed us in such a friendly way and our tour guide, Lindsey, was very personable. She gave us the back stories of all the places we visited as well as tips and recommendations on other fun things to do near Richmond. She clearly had a good relationship with the vendors and we loved all the food we tried. Food we sampled was: jalapeno chicken n waffles and New York Deli, frites and mussels in white wine/butter/garlic at Can Can Brasserie , seared Fluke and mussels at the Broken Tulip, a microbrewery, and homemade ice cream. We were stuffed full and had a great experience. Highly recommend!
