Tour was good not great. Started on time. Perfect spring evening. Our tour guide Cindy was moving from spot to spot so we couldn't lag or gossip. She also was very adamant about the little ones up front, surrounding her & keeping off the sidewalk & on the grass. After the 3rd reprimand, this started getting old. Enjoyed her knowledge of history & some paranormal activities there. Started to get a little dramatic at the end & not alot of interaction with the group. I took other Viator tours in Europe & won't let this one deter me from taking others.
