Our guide, Hamish, was awesome and very knowledgeable. Great story teller. Was a cool way to learn more about Key West, a little spooky.

Booked the Darkside of Key West Tour on 5/24, for our visit the next week. Our tickets were for the 9:00 pm tour on 5/29. Received a call around 4:30 pm from Ghost City Tours, needing to reschedule, or move us to the pub crawl tour, due to the person scheduled to conduct the tour being sick. No problem, we will reschedule for Friday, we’re not pub crawl people. Friday comes, I get an email at 7:00 pm confirming our tour at 9:00 pm. Around 7:30 pm I’m trying to figure out which lot or area near the meeting area would be best to park at, so I give them a call. Have to leave a message and have someone call me back. So I do, asking them if they can call me and let me know the best place to park. Get a call a few minutes later, letting me know that our tour has been cancelled. We are the only 2 on the tour and they require 3 to conduct a tour. Wants to reschedule again, but we are leaving the next morning so I ask for a refund instead. So, they canceled on us once, rescheduled, emailed us to confirm, 30 minutes later I reach out to them, and THEN they call back and cancel because they need 1 more person to hold a tour. When they cancelled on us and moved us to this tour in the first place! I did get refunded, but super frustrating. Two nights of plans were out the door because of their mess.

Our guide on May 27 was very personable and enthusiastic about the historical aspects of the tour. We thoroughly enjoyed it!
