Games are recommended for ages 13 and up. Younger players are allowed, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing for your mission, and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.
No food or drink can be taken into the game rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises.
The Escape Game experiences are very different from what you typically see in other escape rooms. These games aren't scary or dark. They are exciting, adventurous, and something all guests can enjoy.

Two adults and three kids (14, 11, and 9) played the Gold Rush game last week. We really enjoyed the experience. Luckily, there was a couple geeks (actually just the 14 year old) on our team that was able to figure out most of the sequences and codes to unlock the locks. A few times we got stuck and needed clues. The clues were very helpful to move us along so we didn't just give up. Plenty of challenges for all the people in our group. There is an attendant watching you during the game and the TV's are there to help provide clues. Also the intro story video was captioned so we could follow along easily. It was a great experience and we definitely would go back to try the other games. If you've never done the escape room style game I recommend doing a preview of a similar game or doing the Escape Room tips video listed in the FAQ.

We wanted to try something new this vacation, so we decided to try an escape room. We signed up online for a time and room, the process was easy and streamlined. We arrived about 10 minutes before our scheduled time and were greeted by the friendly front desk staff. They took us back to our room, gave us the directions, and we were off! They give you as many clues as you need, so no need to stress about only using 3. The room set ups are amazing. The first room we tried was Classified. The clues in the rooms are very creative. We all worked together and were able to escape (both times.) We had so much fun with Classified, that we came back 2 days later and tried Gold Rush. That one was equally as challenging and fun. Our entire family agreed that it was one of our favorite activities on vacation. We will definitely be back to try the other rooms. If you’re new to escape rooms, I’d recommend the level 7 rooms first. They are challenging, but not so difficult that you end up leaving frustrated. Definitely 5/5 stars!!!

This was our families first escape room experience… we absolutely loved it!!! We did the Gold Rush and was able to escape with a few minutes to spare. Devon, our game guide, was the best! He was so nice and helpful through out the whole experience. We will most definitely be back.
