Games are recommended for ages 13 and up. Younger players are allowed, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing for your mission, and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.
No food or drink can be taken into the game rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises.
The Escape Game experiences are very different from what you typically see in other escape rooms. These games aren't scary or dark. They are exciting, adventurous, and something all guests can enjoy.

We had a good time doing the Heist. One of the contraptions didn't work, so the escape room guide had to come in to help us along. Great bonding experience with the kids. The employees were super nice.

Our group signed up for the Gold Rush and really intended to only try out the one game, but we didn't realize how much of a blast we would have! Needless to say, we ended up doing all 5 of their games in 2 days almost back to back. Not only did we love every game, the entire staff was incredibly helpful, interactive and patient, not to mention super friendly! They nudge you along in helpful ways without giving anything away and don't make you feel lame for using clues. Would absolutely recommend this attraction to anyone who loves escape games or is curious to try them out with minimal pressure, all the games are absolutely high quality. Big shout out to Alec, Leann, Madison, Cierra, Vincyl, Maggie, and Devon! Probably forgetting some people but every staff member was 10/10!!

My friends and I found The Escape Game while visiting The Island in Pigeon Forge. We had never done an escape room before, so we decided to try it out. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the escape rooms were amazing. We had so much fun in our first escape room that the second we escaped we booked another one. We will definitely be back sometime soon. Hi James, Devon, and Leann 👋🤣
