The tour was nice, but not Very interesting. In my opinion the price Is too expensive The guides were nice and professional

Thanks for joining us, Orligs - and for posting your review. We take your feedback seriously! We are thrilled that the Tour and our Guides were nice and professional. What would have made it a better experience for you? I can understand your opinion that our price is too high. We strive to provide the best experience to all who attend - by having 2 Guides on every public tour, Private Security on busy nights, 3 people working at check in so no one has to wait in a long slow line, and limited group sizes to ensure everyone can see and hear and have the best time possible learning about Old Town! On busy October weekends, 15 people are working to ensure Guest entertainment and safety. We're getting out of the pandemic and, like all businesses in the service industry, we have struggled to find quality people leaving us short staffed (thus limiting the number of guests who can attend). It takes a long time to become a professional Guide and we provide our amazing team of Ghost Hosts competitive wages. We keep our Team earning an income year round, even in the slow winter season. Add in Old Town rent, insurance, telephone, internet, brochures, website, advertising... we price our Tours as competitively as we possibly can. We look forward to the economy leveling out so we can again offer discounts. Until then, our Private Tours were designed with families to attend with a discounted admission. 1st off, just to get it out of the way, there ARE bathrooms you can use right before the tour starts! I am always the person who searches reviews for bathroom access lol so just wanted to put that out there. Our tour was on october 13th which happens to be my birthday! It was lead by Charlie and Robin. They were absolutely fantastic guides. Charlie had so much knowledge about all of the stops on the tour. He delivered these stories in a wonderfully spooky voice and each story had us hanging on every word. He was personable and professional, humorous and at times very silly (JUICY BOOTS!!😉) and i genuinely recommend asking for him to lead your tour. You will NOT be disappointed. Robin was always right there helping with visual aides and audio files to back up the stories that we were told. She helped keep our group together and she was kind and lovely to talk to. I grew up in the old town area and never knew the stories and history behind a lot of it. It brought a lot of truth and closure to me about my own ghostly experiences while living and exploring there and is truly an experience that i wont ever forget . Thank you Charlie and Robin. You made my whole day!

This was a very unique and interesting walking tour of Old Town. The night I went was a very small group which allowed more time for questions and stories. James is an ABQ native and very knowledgeable about the history of the area. His assistant was wonderful as well but I forgot her name. She showed us some unique pictures of orbs taken that night on our tour. Whether you believe in paranormal or just like getting spooked, wonderful tour! I would highly recommend!
