We were in Buffalo for a family reunion. It was a first time for all of us on the Maid of the Midst. The tour did not disappoint. The tour guide was great - informative and interactive. We would definitely do it again and recommend it to friends and family.

It was ok. Tour guide was late. She was able to snap some pics for us... We tipped $10 because tipping was enthusiasticly and constantly encouraged. This service is completely unnecessary and you can walk right up to the ticket booth and save around $30 including the tip. So yeah Viator and 5 Star Booking... There's you review that you will not stop texting me for!

We were at the meeting place described, the meeting location changed twice. It appeared to me you ripped us off. When we went to actually go to the Maid of the Mist, we spoke with several locals who described that many companies like this rip off tourists. I would appreciate a full refund…..
