The trail is not marked. It was comfortable going with someone who knew the way. The hike lasted only 5 hours including lunch. We were expected 7-8 hours

What a fantastic hike! If they can, everyone should trek The Narrows at least once. Michael made a terrific tour guide. We not only had a wonderful day, but Michael kept an eye on the weather to make sure we went on a day with the finest conditions for enjoying this river hike. He sincerely wants you to have the best experience while staying safe when hiking the river, which may be risky if you don't know what you're doing or if there is a flash flood. He has a wonderful personality, is adaptable, and has an amazing attitude. He informed us about the background of Zion National Park as he led us on a great hike down the Virgin River. I highly recommend using Cedar & Sage for any hikes in Bryce or Zion.

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of the Narrows. My guide was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient— all attributes of a great guide. And from a photography perspective, I believe my trip to the Narrows rivaled if not exceeded my joy at Angel’s Landing— which is not a small feat!!
