Worse experience in my life. We booked our tickets before our trip to Nashville only to find out the buses were not running the 3 days we were there. They refused to return our money and their customer service was non existent. I was telling my coworkers about it & I was shocked to hear that others had the same awful experience with this company. So sad that now that people are starting to feel safe to travel again this company is using false advertisement to rip them off.

My family was informed IN WRITTING the bus's first stop was the Jackson home, so we went there to be picked up. We waited OVER 2 1/2 hours, the bus NEVER came. I called and text the company. The person I spoke to via what's app text told me at 10am the bus would be there in about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. We left at 11:45/11:50 when the bus NEVER showed up. The person I actually spoke to via phone told me about 20 minutes at 10:30, again the bus NEVER showed up! We toured the grounds only at the Jackson house while we waited and when I called to request a refund since the bus never showed up, I was told NO because we used the pass at the Jackson house. My family did NOT get on the bus, never saw the bus (confirmed with the people working at the Jackson house it never came) and never went inside the Jackson house. But still was refused a refund! I will NEVER use this company again and feel like they are thieves! Shame on you Viator!

Your website is very misleading. The tickets we bought were only good for the bus ride. Your website indicated that there would be several stops with the attraction entries covered by our tickets. We couldn't hop off and on the bus. We want our money back! Paid $178.00 for an hour bus tour.
