What To Expect

Hollywood Sign

We will go all the way to the very top behind the Hollywood Sign and get incredible panoramic views of the Los Angeles and The San Fernando Valley. Additionally, we will get pictures in front of the Sign at my super awesome (and secret) photo spots.

Griffith Observatory

This is one of the legendary landmarks in Griffith Park. It appeared in several movies. Notably: Rebel Without a Cause (1955); The Terminator (1984); La La Land (2016).

Griffith Park

Enter the largest municipal park in Los Angeles (3x the size of NYC's Central Park). We spend the entire time inside of Griffith Park!

Hollywood

From the top we will be able to see the famous Hollywood Skyline including The Capitol Records Building and the Roosevelt Hotel!

Downtown

We'll see the famous Downtown Los Angeles Skyline from the top of the Hollywood Sign including the U.S. Bank Building, the Korean Air building (tallest building in Los Angeles) and many others.

Burbank

We'll see the beautiful San Fernando Valley including Burbank and the San Gabriel Mountains!

The weather didn't hold up as well as we'd have liked once we got to the top but eventually cleared up prior to us hiking back down so we got a few good snaps despite the unfortunate morning gloomy morning mist. Joe is the man, and was thoroughly energetic and entertaining, also a photographer so we got great snaps with his takes and edits!! Loved the experience and thanks again Joe. All the best.

When hiking with Joe, you don't just get a tour guide, you also get tons of fun & entertainment. And let me just say, he knows the best photo spots & Joe's photography skills are on point, so even if you are travelling solo, you'll get some nice pics from the hike. Strongly recommend :)

Had a BLAST with my 901 homie, Joe. He was engaging, entertaining & knowledgeable for 2.5 hours straight. We were a diverse group of hikers of various ages, abilities and backgrounds, and he effortlessly engaged all of us. I particularly appreciate the manner in which he made the time to engage with/ relate to every single person on the trip. And his photography skills are second to none! I would absolutely take this hike again if Joe is the tour guide. Thanks for a great experience!
