Delightful visit. Owners are great people who have a true passion for their endeavor. Informative, of course, I will be unable to ever purchase my oil anywhere else. Found tasting to be eye opening with different nuances of flavors. Would highly recommend. Take a bottle of wine, bread, herbs. Sit in peaceful environment and enjoy dipping bread in oils while sipping.Olive trees are so graceful & beautiful.

Although the Woodpecker Trail Olive Tree farm is off the beaten path, we were in the area and found it an interesting side trip. If you like to eat olives, this is not the place. This farm grows olives to be used for olive oil. The owner gives a tour of the farm, videos, and a hands on demonstration showing the trees themselves to the making of oil. We learned the differences of olives and the nutritional importance of olive oil.
