I am 61 years old and have never ziplined, so I bought a ticket. What I did not foresee was the uneven, sometimes steep paths between ziplines. However, Sergio (our guide) was always there to help me when I struggled. That was my first experience of how nice the people are here. In the end I had the time of my life. Pura Vida!

I really enjoyed pretty much every aspect of the zip lining experience. You get great views, and it is a real adrenaline rush. The crew were nice, professional, and were respectful about some peoples’ wishes to forgo taking part in the rappel and climbing parts. I believe their names were Davide and Julian. The only problem I experienced was with booking. I had booked for the 10:00 tour and made the mistake of making a wrong turn driving my way to the hotel, in an area with no service. I was unable to reach the company and let them know I would be arriving at my hotel late. Due to miscommunication, I ended up paying the same fee again to rebook on the 2:00 tour, just before they has reached out and offered to let me come on the same tour. I didn’t ask for a refund because I figured it’s probably too late to get one. It’s a great tour and would highly recommend it, but make sure you are able to be at your hotel/site of pick-up at least a half hour before the start time of the tour. And quick warning: on one or two of the zip lines, if you do not follow instructions, you could hit your head or body on a tree since it’s so close to the zip line.

The 2 guides,Brian and Sergio, were so great. Our reluctance was quickly replaced with pure joy as we 4 gringos flew across the jungle canopy. Such a highlight of our Costa Rica Vacay. Pura vida
