It was boring. It should be more to do than a walk. You should be able to go in the buildings. Also, it is not kid friendly. There was a lady at the tour who was very intoxicated. I mean you can literally smell the alcohol coming from her pores. Not once, was she asked to leave. Who would want their kids around that environment? I contacted the phone number, no answer. I left multiple messages, still no return call. I also sent an email, still no response and it has been almost 48 hours.

We regret that you did not enjoy your experience. The tour description states that this is a candlelight walking tour on the streets of Colonial Williamsburg. The behavior of the other guest was addressed but privately Thank you for your feedback.

After we located the tour and missed the first 25 minutes, it was very informative. I guess since we booked online within an hour from the beginning of the tour, our guide did not expect us and left the departure location earlier than the departure time of 8 pm. We waited there from 7:51 till 8:10 before we set out on our own. After chasing down three other tours before one guide told us to look for guide in a red shirt, we then found and joined our group of about 10 people. The guide did try to catch us up on the missed information. I also tried to call the number listed and got a not available message from Verizon. Moral of my story: don’t book last minute.

We do welcome last minute reservations. We apologize for the confusion, but the guide did try to locate you before she left at 805 pm. You also were issued a refund prior to your review. Our tour meets on the DOG street side of the William and Mary Book store. We are so glad you enjoyed your tour once we found you. Thanks so much for taking the time to review your experience.

Very cool buildings and structures, plus a tour guide, Rick, with good stories and good knowledge! He made it interactive for people to enjoy.
