We took our kids on the ghost tour to learn more about the history and events that are not known as well. It was fun, but bring bug spray

Rick is very knowledgeable, friendly and had the best stories. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour amd our time spent with him. We had a great group of people. We even caught some interesting pictures.

Randy spoke waaaay too fast and too theatrical for our tastes. The first part where you have to walk across the street to the school buildings could be left out. wasn't very interesting. I didn't know that the new president of the school's frisbee club was spooky? we were expecting more within the historic area. most of the stories told were oh this one time we saw this, and this one time this happened on the tour, and one time some tourists heard chains banging and this one time his tour group had this happen to them, always stories of something that happened during a tour in the past. well our tour group was as boring as boring could be. we were hoping for "more" and left feeling like we missed something. not to mention we never got our confirmation of our time until we reached out to the place ourselves the afternoon before our scheduled tour. it was just ok.

Thanks so much for your review. I am sorry you were dissapointed in your tour. We include the campus as part of the tour because of the historical significance of William & Mary's role in the founding of Colonial Williamsburg. Unfortunately paranomal experiences are often hit or miss as the encounters on our tours are always authentic. We do offer an extreme experience that includes ghost hunting equipment that can detect what your eye can not see, if that is something you might be interested in.
