Q was absolutely amazing and full of knowledge! What a fun and yet still investigative haunted tour. You can't go wrong with Ghost Augustine and Q was the cherry on top. Can't wait to do it again.!

My wife and I took the haunted pub tour on Saturday, November 9th, at 8:15. The tour was led by a guide named Frank. The first two stops went well. The third stop was Milltop Tavern. We were told to go inside to get a drink and then meet back downstairs by 10pm for the ghost story. This gave us roughly 30 minutes. I arrived back where the guide left us at exactly 10pm because I had trouble getting the bartender's attention to cash out. My wife and three ladies from a bridal group arrived before me, but there was no guide. One of the ladies from the bridal party went back inside looking for the guide, but was unsuccessful. After about 10 minutes, we realized that we had been abandoned by your tour guide. We did not get a 2.5 hour tour, and we did not get "the opportunity to use ghost-hunting equipment" as advertised on their website.

Sorry to hear that. Our trusted long time 5 star guide says he was standing at the designated meeting spot waiting for you and saw you from a distance wonder out of the establishment and vanish like a ghost into the night. He assumed you had decided you had enough spirits for the night. I know you posted this poor review since our team did not refund you - but we don't refund ppl for leaving the tour.

Steve was amazing! He told a lot of great stories. Nothing felt rushed and he took us to some great bars. We would definitely book with Steve again!
