Overview

Experience art like never before – lose yourself in 500,000 cubic feet of flawless projections animating Vincent van Gogh’s oeuvre. Wander through entrancing, moving images that highlight brushstrokes, detail, and color – truly illuminating the mind of the genius.

You will be immersed in Van Gogh’s works – from his sunny landscapes and night scenes to his portraits and still life paintings. The installation includes the Mangeurs de pommes de terre (The Potato Eaters, 1885), the Nuit étoilée (Starry Night, 1889), Les Tournesols (Sunflowers, 1888), and La Chambre à coucher (The Bedroom, 1889), and so much more.

The exhibition is custom-designed to Chicago’s Germania Club – transforming the neoclassical into the magical.

You will experience Van Gogh’s art in a completely new and unforgettable way.

The exhibit is designed and conceived by Massimiliano Siccardi, with soundtrack by Luca Longobardi, both of whom pioneered immersive digital art experiences in France.

Very beautiful way to see VanGoghs work. It was set to music as well so it added to the experience. Worth the money. Gift shop was also 75% off everything. Got some cool swag!

The show was gorgeous. I loved it. However the information on start times is lacking. We went twice and the doors were locked with no information. Also the website gave out times that were not available. There should be BIG SIGNS ON BOTH DOORS that say when the doors open. Several people were confused. The cafe next door has heard the same story multiple times. Doors locked no information. I called the number which seems to be a general number for multiple venues and got a different story from them, maybe better marketing would clear this up. Otherwise it was wonderful. The people were helpful inside and had a wheelchair for me to use.
