Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
We be hiking a short distance (~1 mile) with some small inclines/declines, and steps into the cabin will be encountered.

Great discussion with the owner around living off the grid and natural and useful plants found on his property. The frescos on the ceiling of the cabin were quite good and certainly unexpected. Of course the reindeer were the stars of the tour for us, and the 7 week old reindeer, Zephyr, stole our hearts!

Feeding the reindeer, especially the new baby, was a real treat! Graham was very patient with our group of 11, answering questions from both children and adults thoroughly and clearly on our walk through the woods. Highly recommend!

Graham was the most gracious host who patiently educated our group about reindeer life, local flora and fauna, and the homestead’s history. We enjoyed every minute, including the delicious homemade jams.
