Thoroughly enjoyed our tour! Chris was our witch tour guide—very engaging, informative, and fun. We learned a lot and have a greater appreciation of Salem’s history and of witch craft.

This was an email that I sent two weeks ago with no response. 16 Oct 2019, 07:03 (13 days ago) to SalemWitchWalk Hi, I wanted to let you know about my experience at the Witch Walk on Sunday, October 13th. I had purchased 4 tickets online and then an additional one for a last-minute friend that wanted to come. So a total of five tickets. This was for the 3:00 walk. When we went into the courtyard there were a lot of extra people. The guide said that there were over 100 people in the courtyard and there were too many tickets sold. A woman, that worked for the walk, said that she would refund people's money if they couldn't hear the guide. That cleared out quite a few people. My group stayed because we were upfront and could hear fine. The problem happened for my group when leaving the courtyard. We ended up losing the guide in the crowd and didn't get to go on the tour. I realize that Salem is extremely crowded in October but would never have thought that I would loose the guide in the crowd. By the time my group got out of the courtyard the guide was so far ahead of us, we could barely see his broomstick. We tried to catch up to him but couldn't get through the crowds. Needless to say, my group was very disappointed that we couldn't catch up. We drove over two hours to experience the walk and spent $100 for the tickets. Lisa

The Witch Walk was the highlight of my trip to Salem. I was lucky enough to have Caitlin as my guide. She was insightful, funny, warm and wise. She opened my eyes to what witchcraft really is and provided a unique perspective on the causes of the 1682 witch hunt that I’d never heard before. She weaved in lessons in self empowerment and social justice along with historical tidbits and trivia and ended the walk with an amazing ritual that left me with positive vibes that lasted all weekend. Loved the whole thing!
