Our very unique, immersive adventures are the only ones of their kind. We, unlike other companies, provide your very own remote, interactive, live host to assist and encourage you along through your phone. We are an Austin, TX-based global custom event design company offering scavenger hunts and other events in 300+ cities in North America and beyond. Our specially hand-crafted adventures are equal parts tour, creative challenge, detective hunt, and social experiment!

Guests get to discover in an alternate reality our favorite hidden gems off the beaten trail and creatively interpret fun art, history, and culture clues - for points! They get to enjoy fame and glory while appearing on our website’s international leaderboard, no matter what their score. They get to essentially race other teams in other cities, even if they don’t have competitors who have signed up in their city that day. Get ready to discover unusual oddities, laugh out loud, and make the experience your own!

Note: You MUST provide a correct, working, domestic phone number in your reservation in order for your hunt to be possible, since it is remotely hosted. Each team must bring at least one fully charged smart phone that has GPS and that can can send and receive data, photos, videos, and text messages. If you have an international phone number or encounter other technical difficulties, you must complete the game using WhatsApp or email. You can easily provide us with this contact information through a viator message in advance of your hunt.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Had a blast. We did the scavenger hunt in a golf cart we named the Barbie Jeep. Had so much fun. We got to see slot of things that we wouldn’t have seen.

I was trying to get a refund on an event I didn’t attend to. They refused to get me a refund. I was not informed correctly that the event I was trying to attend was all remotely not in person. We were trying to participate in a scavenger game but we didn’t attend to the game because it wasn’t in person game it was all messaging and live styled.

Yours was the in person event hosted by a live, interactive remote adventure coach, as advertised clearly in our listing. You chose not to participate, unfortunately, but we offered you a free credit for the future. We hope you’ll decide to use it, as a fun and memorable time is sure to be had!

Please be aware that this adventure is not your typical scavenger hunt. Maybe this is the new way, but it is all on your phone and you communicate with a “guide” via your phone. I did not understand this when I booked it. We had issues hooking up with our “guide” and by the time it was settled, we were already an hour past our appointment time. We were all totally frustrated and disappointed and thus requested a refund. No such curtesy was awarded and they kept our money. Obviously no care given to customers satisfaction. Please be careful when you consider doing this activity.

We messaged the customer well in advance of the event that we needed a domestic (US) phone number from them in order for this hunt to work. They did not respond. TripAdvisor advised them to provide us with a domestic phone number a few minutes after start time when they called them. We didn’t hear from them until more than 30 minutes after that. Unfortunately the US number the guest ended up giving us was one digit off due to the guest’s error. The guest called my staff member a liar when she advised them that she had tried to text that number. The guest realized her error and fixed the number but not until one hour after their start time. Then they refused to participate. Since customer service is important to us, we even offered them a special credit to use in the future but we encouraged them to also participate in this adventure so that they wouldn’t miss out on the fun. They turned down our complementary gift. Providing us with a working phone number in advance of the event is all that is needed in order for one to have a successful and unforgettable time on our adventures. Our other past guests have been able to meet this requirement.
