What To Expect
1
Stratosphere Tower
At the north end of the Las Vegas Strip stands one of the Las Vegas' most iconic landmarks ā€” STRAT Hotel, Casino, and Tower. Take the high-speed elevator up more than 100 stories to the 1,149-foot (350-meter) Observation Deck, the second-tallest freestanding observation tower in the western hemisphere, where you'll access the three rides that are part of your STRAT Unlimited Ride Pass.
2
X-Scream
X-Scream is a 27-foot (8-meter) catapult over the edge of the tower that leaves you dangling weightlessly 109 stories in the air.
3
Thrill Rides
On Insanity, a giant mechanical arm holds you 900 feet (274 meters) above the Strip and spins you 64 feet (20 meters) over the edge of the tower.
4
Big Shot
The Big Shot blasts you 160 feet (49 meters) straight up in the air from the top of the tower, providing a G-force experience as you freefall back to the launchpad.

You can buy the pass for just one or three rides or even a free pass and go as many times you want. i think a pass for 3 rides is all you need. It costs about $30 plus tax and also includes the observatory. Lift is very fast going up over 100 storage floor. Also if you are brave enough you can buy the sky jump. Worth every cent.

Visited Las Vegas in August 2017. My daredevil fiancƩ wanted to get the pass since we were staying at the Stratosphere, so what could I do but agree. We came from Florida so we were up hours before everyone else and were the first in line to get the pass in the morning. We had the rides mainly to ourselves, and I found them rather fun (I'm not a huge rollercoaster fan). I did like having no crowds, so if you go - go early! I will say the ride that goes straight up and down ended all the fun for me. It was a torture device...I was so scared that I had tears streaming down my face when it ended, and I was finished. If you like thrill rides, this is a great value! I think night time may be better as far as nightlights and what not, but if you just want to ride and not deal with lines, again - GO EARLY!
