Welcome to my tour guide designed interactive scavenger hunt!
These unique experiences are a departure from traditional scavenger hunts and are created to allow visitors to a new place to go deeper fast. They allow opportunities to talk to locals about fun subjects, get creative with the environment and act as detectives on the hunt for art and interesting local stories.
The magical part is the energy and uniqueness you bring to the table because every game ends up looking a little bit different. Its an chance to connect with your team mates in a lighthearted and fun way, get plenty of fun photos and videos and allow yourselves to just play.
The game is designed for all ages of people who enjoy exploring and being creative. Little ones do well on an adult led team.
This game is a co-creation between you & your interactive host who is customizing and interacting as you play. Specific correct answers get additional stories and facts from your host who is in your pocket on Whats App.

Most hunters need to be able to walk for 2 hours. However if you have a less mobile team member, your host can make suggestions of where they can play from and interact with their team by smart phone.
Contactless payments for gratuities and add-ons
This event is outdoors and your group will be a private party. Your host will be interacting with you through Whats App to curate your adventure.

It's not often that a tour can give a new twist to a standard activity. The Taos Adventure Scavenger Hunt combines a morning nature walk with a primitive lesson in Arts and Crafts a history lesson or two about Taos and some out of the box and sometimes out of your comfort level activities which sometimes involve getting to meet new people as you complete some of the tasks. Your tour guide is virtually part of you team as you communicate with her through the 2 some hours of activities. I guarantee you will leave the activity put in a brisk walk, stretching you cerebral parts of your body and coming away with a new appreciation of the artsy town of Taos.

We signed up for a scavenger hunt. This was not it. We opted not to participate because it was a waste of our limited time.

I am really sorry this guest decided not to participate or do even one clue. It is true this is a non traditional scavenger hunt that involves creative challenges and being detectives on the hunt for stories.. it is harder in some ways than a regular scavenger hunt but its rewarding if you choose to play. You have the opportunity to engage with people instead of walking past them and bringing to life fascinating stories of the past. That said this scavenger hunt isnt for everyone and I recommend future guests do read the description and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Viator offers a 24 hour cancellation policy so you can even book to talk to me( your host) in advance and cancel for a full refund if its not for you. But don't let non participants turn you away.
