Fisherman's Wharf

Fisherman’s Wharf, on the northern waterfront, is one of the city's busiest tourist areas. Souvenir shops and stalls selling crab and clam chowder in sourdough bread bowls appear at every turn, as do postcard views of the bay, Golden Gate and Alcatraz. There’s also a colony of sea lions to see and historic ships to tour. At Ghirardelli Square, boutiques and eateries reside in the famed former chocolate factory.

Very dissatisfied. The customer service overall from staff was okay but the reception staff person was very rude to my wife, daughter-in law, & son. The fact she was African American had nothing to do with it and is only brought up is to distinguish her from the other staff which were non-African American. My wife and daughter-in law are Mexican, I'm biracial, and my son is triracial. The reception attendant was not helpful regarding the package purchased that was suppose to include VIP tickets to the Hard Rock Cafe. I paid for a party of four .our Hard Rock Cafe tab came to $158 although your site charged $215 to my account for the meal. The service and greeting at Hard Rock Cafe was TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN THE WAX MUSEUM. I would recommend the tour bus and the Cafe but VERY DISSAPOINTED in the package arranged through Viator as the reception agent at the WAX MUSEUM kept blanking our ordeal on purchasing a 3rd party package through Viator rather than booking directly with the WAX MUSEUM.
