I went with my 15 year old daughter. Each having our own kayak. We are moderate kayakers. We had a very good time. Very peaceful and mangroves are awesome. The guide was excellent: Very professional. Lots of opportunities to see wildlife!! Maybe stressful for first time solo kayakers. I would definitely recommend this excursion.

It got canceled for bad weather still waiting for my refund. Maybe next time it sounded like fun, thanks for telling us in a timely manner so we didn't make the drive over.

Aloha from the Cocoa Kayaking team!, Did your party book through a third party? If this is Bruce Weymouth, your parties reservation was refunded on the day of your canceled tour due to wind. A text and email was provided at 7:26 am for a tour at 9:00 am. We provided as much notice as possible and provided a full refund the day of the tour on April 17th, 2022. It is now April 21st, 2022. Be patient. :) Your third party who you booked with has your money, not us. When asking for a refund from any company, unfortunately it does not happen right away. It takes about 1 to 4 business days. You did receive an email about the full refund though right away from your third party system. Please be respectful and delete this review. 777 If a party goes with Cocoa Kayaking, we provide all tours at least one hour notice for weather when able as we have no control over the weather. Florida’s weather changes on the notice. If your party did go with Cocoa Kayaking, if you read the email, it specifically says to contact the Cocoa Kayaking office by call, text or email for a full refund and/or to rebook. Unfortunately we don’t know what the customer would like to do until they call the office. If your party went with Cocoa Kayaking, I suggest reading the email and contacting the office. Please keep in mind refunds come within one to four business days. If your party booked between a third party, they have your money. We file a request and then it is in the third parties department. If your party did come with Cocoa Kayaking, I am so glad that we canceled due to weather! It is very important that we keep all our customers in safe conditions. Florida’s weather changes on the minute! Unfortunately we have no control over weather. We do however, again offer a full refund for any weather cancellations, so please read the email :) if your party went with us, as well as please delete this review as we have no control over weather (Or any company.) and we stand by our word. It is again up to the customer to contact us on their choice. We have been operating like this going on now over 5 years and customers are happy when we cancel due to heavy weather and offer full refunds. Have a blessed day and keep on paddling! :)

Unfortunately we didn’t see any animals, but was a very enjoyable trip!!!! Would definitely recommend!!!
