Destin Harbor
Our crew will meet you at Slip A. You will wait until the boat gets there for the crew to check you in. You will pass through the Destin Harbor on your way to the Gulf of Mexican, East Pass, and Choctawatchee Bay.

HarborWalk Village
During the cruise, coming in and out of the harbor, you will pass the Harborwalk Village.

We were supposed to go on the 12:00 tour and they called to reschedule us to the 2:00 - no big deal. We show up 30 min early as instructed - at 1:39 I received a text saying they were having technical difficulties with the boat and would call me soon. They did call and say that they couldn't reschedule me but that I would receive a refund. The next day I got a text saying I would receive my refund within 10 business days - it has been over 10 business days and still no refund. I have called and left 2 voicemails as well as emailed the business and have gotten no response. After a negative review on TripAdvisor I did get a phone call instructing me to initiate the refund on my end through the company I booked with. Once I initiated it I got the refund quickly - just wish there would have been better communication throughout as the text I received did not indicate I needed to do anything on my end.

To clarify, you did receive a full refund, and we’re glad that was ultimately resolved. However, we’d like to address the communication gap you experienced. Unfortunately, our GoDaddy-hosted email and iOS systems went down unexpectedly during that time, which caused delays in receiving and responding to customer emails and voicemails. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been and are working to prevent this kind of issue from happening again. Regarding the tour itself—our boat was actually en route to the dock when we encountered mechanical issues and had to turn back, operating on one engine. We made every effort to alert guests as quickly as possible and minimize the disruption, including rescheduling where possible. In your case, we were unable to rebook you that day, and a refund was issued once the correct process was followed with the third-party booking company. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and lack of clarity in the initial communications. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future to provide the smooth, exciting experience we’re known for.

Tour operator cancelled the tour evening before and mentioned the boat was under water and hence the cancellation. Tour operator advised me to contact Viator to get a refund.

The viator website is not connected to the people you’re booking with. Booked two activities thought viator and nun of the original website knew I booked with them
