Rushed through the artifacts. Once we were seated in what felt like a warehouse, it was hard to imagine. I would have expected the room to actually look like we were dining on the titanic. The food was horrible. They had to scrape plates into the garbage there was so much food left on the plates. No one spoke to us all night. We were expecting to encounter guests from the ship. Right before dinner was finished, we finally met one character. There was no real reenactment of anything. We were just rushed out with life vests and that was supposed to make us feel like we were on a sinking ship? I expected much more based on previous reviews, but we were hugely disappointed. I felt bad that my daughters spent so much on tickets for this event as a gift for me. I'm a history buff, so they thought I would enjoy something like this more than a regular dinner show. But, it was all very disappointing and could be so much more if they actually did what they claim to.

Food was amazing from beginning to end. Show was very touching, characters were very interactive. The artifacts are beautiful. Even my 13 yr old daughter I dragged with me had a great time and did more research on it when we got home. I told her she would like it :)

We five ladies attended this Gala unprepared for the fun and education we received! Although dinner was so-so, the characters, acting, and fine touches were well done. The historian was very well versed in Titanic history and lore. Giving each guest a passenger's identity is an interesting touch....a tad creepy (my character did not survive) but also enlightening. The actors stayed in character the whole time, even when thrown a curve...I had recently toured the Molly Brown house and shared that with the actress playing Mrs. Margaret Brown, and she deftly told me why she opens her home to guests and inquired about which philanthropic endeavor I most admired! Well, done, cast and crew!
