This was a fun excursion as a Titanic “fan”! It took us about 1.5-2 hours. The entire museum is on an audio tour so you can go at your own pace. It is a combo of museum and reproduction of the titanic ship itself. It was really cool to see some of the unique artefacts they had as well as walk on the Grand Staircase (I wish you could take pics!). Some of the interactive exhibits also helped you understand what it was like on the night of the crash, such as the iceberg and display that demonstrated how steep the decks got while sinking. I also liked being assigned a passenger and later being able to learn about their fate. While it may seem cheesy from the outside I really felt like the actual museum was respectful.

I was not happy that I wasn't able to take pictures in the museum however, it was very informative knowing all the back story to how it was built. I wasn't impressed with how to audio numbers were set up. I thought it would be similar to the biltmore and each room had its own number but you have some exhibits with a number and some without. Overall it was a good one time experience but not a place I would visit again. I would prefer to just read about it on the internet.

The Titanic museum was awesome. Easy to get into the parking lot. Guests are assigned a time to come in. The staff asks which language for your listening. The museum is very well done. They do not allow any photographs to be taken during your visit. Very nice gift shop.
