Have been looking forward to coming for a year and honestly it did not disappoint. I would do it over and over again!

Pros: The artifacts were interesting and information on the passengers was very thorough. There’s a ton to see and read, especially if you go through the audio tour completely. The grand staircase was incredible. Cons: In spite of having to make an “appointment” and being asked to wait in your car until your time.... it was VERY crowded. This made it difficult to really enjoy every stop in the audio tour because people were constantly encroaching or over crowding areas to the point of not being able to see the displays. Crowd control could have been so much better

My husband and I had a great experience at this Titanic Museum! The entire exhibit was very well done. We started on time, thanks to a great staff and it took us 2 hours to go through including the gift shop. I wish we had been able to spend more time at certain displays, but we had to keep moving as more people were coming in each room. We knew ahead of time that we weren't allowed to take pictures inside. We were told this again before entering and the reason given was that they were trying to preserve the artifacts. This tour is not for babies, toddlers and most children under middle school age. There were 3 crying babies who had to leave (thank goodness the parents were considerate) during the tour. There are loud noises inside the "ship" and the hour and a half to two hour time you'll spend there is too long for most children. We would go again
