This review is not a result of the quality of the Museum itself - the exhibits were quite interesting and well laid out. My review stems from the fact that the Museum does not require patrons to wear masks, which ultimately led to a very dissatisfactory visit. While they're limiting the number of people who enter at once, the museum is a series of small rooms, where social distancing is impossible. During our visit an unmasked gentleman in front of us coughed repeatedly during the tour - it was difficult to get separation from him and his family, so we ended up skipping ahead, missing much of what we would have otherwise seen.
I'd wager only 1 out of 10 people we saw during our visit were masked, as seemed to be typical in the area. I would not have attended had I know masks were not required for the museum's indoor spaces. Very irresponsible and led to a disappointing visit. We're not COVID paranoid by any stretch, but being forced to share a small space with unmasked individuals having a coughing fit was too much for us.
