Being able to touch the iceberg, hearing how people were classified. Reading the names of all the survivors and the people who didn’t survive. It was sad at times and an experience I’m glad I did.

Everything was amazing & the piano guy playing music was awesome. The captain taking about him scuba diving down to the titanic was the icing on the cake. Oh wait me & the piano guy we became friends & he played the devil went down to Georgia.

For the price it was "fine" but there are so many things they could have done to make it great. I know there are only so many actual artifacts so they had nice displays of what they did have but other than someone at the very beginning talking to the group for 5 min, it was a self guided tour of the displays where you punch in a number associated with the display and listen to the description. I didnt find any of the stories enlightening which is what I guess I expected. Could have included stories of the interesting people on the Titanic, decisions of people to stay vs get on lifeboats like they showed in the movie, what happened to people in 3rd class vs 1st when they hit the iceberg, on and on. I learned more from the movie than this tour. No photos allowed inside although I saw one lady taking a photo of every display!
