Having a keen interest in the Titanic and having spoken to other like minded individuals, I had high expectations for this so called experience. Whilst the artifacts and exhibition was fascinating, we were rushed round as if the guide(s) couldn't wait to get rid of us and from the leaflet and promos I was expecting more knowledgable individuals and more characters throughout the tour but alas these were missing and I am sure we missed many of the interesting artifacts and items on display, the Iceberg experience at the end of the tour was embarrassing, ice stuck to cardboard is not what I expected! Definitely not worth $20

This attraction was not at all what we expected. We were expecting artifacts from the titanic in a museum-like exhibit. Instead we got fake props, (literally a fake propeller), a cheesy grand staircase with my heart will go on playing in the back ground, artifacts from the Olympic (although practically identical in detail not the Titanic). Kids will be bored and any Titanic lover/history buff would be disappointed. The staff was friendly enough and decent at acting. However, they were very opinionated and when asked a question about Titanic they didn't know they made up the answer. what exhibits were there there was not enough time to visit because it is a guided tour and you were swept along only to wait 30 minutes and switch tour guides at the grand staircase. It was a total tourist trap and not worth the money.

An incredibly nice museum that had very much information about the Titanic. We got boarding pass before we went in. There was who we were of the passengers, who we traveled with, a bit of what we had as a job. We also saw actors playing other passengers. So everything from 1st to 3rd class, the famous staircase, grind that was similar to those on board and a lot more. Well organized for wheelchair users. One was taken pictures of and got 2 free and could buy the rest on memory pen. If you like Titanic, I can definitely recommend the museum
