Thoroughly enjoyed our kayak trip with Connor. He was very informative and knowledgeable of the are even though this was his first gig in Seward.

My husband and I are 29 and took this tour with Logan. We ended up having the tour to ourselves, so that was an extra fun experience. All the employees we met were very friendly and willing to help. It's a short ride from the shop to the beach you depart from, and after a bit of instruction we took off on our tour. The mountains dropping into the sea makes for some of the most majestic scenery to kayak in. After about two hours of paddling, we stopped to take a short hike through the woods and a snack break. We were able to stop and watch salmon waiting in the river for the tide to come in, a definite Alaskan activity. Logan was very knowledgeable and informative about the local flora and fauna and was able to answer our questions about the area. We didn't see a TON of wildlife on the tour but along with the salmon we saw eagles and various other species of sea birds. Great way to spend the morning.

The kayak trip was a fun experience. It was really expensive for what it was and the actual kayak portion was only 2 hrs or so. I liked the activity but for $475 the value is questionable. Nothing in it really stood out. I also did a solo hike to another glacier that was amazing. The views and terrain were unreal.
