People love this tour because you will be visiting as friends! From private VIP backstage to sampling, its all included!

I will be showing you real life working stills and getting behind the scenes where people can't go. You will be treated as VIP guests at all the locations we visit.

During our walk we will have a couple of stopping points where we will go over the fun (NOT DRY) history and tidbits of moonshine and of course talk about "how the old-timers did it".

This tour will be action packed for the full 3 hours you are with me with the goal of trying different wines and over 15 different flavors of all proofs and even a moonshine cocktail!

What To Expect

Tennessee Shine Company - Gatlinburg

Here we we will have an amazing tasting from flavors that will run from 35 proof cream based all the way to 135 proof 'off the still' moonshine.

Little Bear Winery

After a short walk, we go to an AMAZING winery where you will have a true VIP experience and sample many different types of wine.

Sugarlands Distilling Company

Our last stop will feature an exclusive to our tour behind the scenes tour of a working distillery from a knowledgeable guide. If that isn't good enough we will also give our guests the opportunity to sample actual moonshine cocktails. After that, we will be doing our last moonshine flight tasting. Its an experience not to be missed

This was an amazing tour, put on by two amazing people! Michael did a great job getting us into 3 places. The hosts at each place were incredibly knowledgable about the new and upcoming industry of Moonshine. We went to Doc Collier where Steph was out host. Great lady!! We were treated to a lot of tastings and amazing specials that we could buy to take home. At our next stop we had Rhonda, who gave us a tour of the actual stills and process of the mash, then on to more amazing tastings! The pickles in Moonshine are Da' Bomb at Ole Smoky! Sugarlands was very cool too. We had Kevin as our host who treated us to a lot of history and back ground of Moonshine from the past and current distilling and we had a nice cocktail to end the tour, with the option to taste all of theirs as well. If you are able to take this tour, it is well worth it! Michael and his lady are amazing hosts and very informative about the history and area. Please tip your hosts at the Distilleries and your main hosts, they deserve it!

High pace walking tour. We enjoyed the tour ..but for a slightly disabled person this was not what l expected.we were able to go into 2 places Doc's and Sugarland both were unique. I may have misread there are no mention on sight about tipping our host and server at each stop $5 single person and $10 to $15 per couple this is suggested. Now like l said l had a great time. But being limited on how much l can walk this was really hard on me. And we were supposed to go back to where we started and the guide left...lm not saying l coulndn't find my way back .OVER ALL l had a good time.

Hello Kenny. Thank you for your review. I appreciate you taking the tour with us. As stated in the description, Our walking tour is just at 1/2 of a mile on the longest portion with about 0.7 miles total. We have a tour available that is a driving tour which may be better for individuals not able to walk. I was definitely appreciative Jennifer stayed back with you and your companion so you did not feel left out or rushed. In regards to tipping, it is NEVER expected at all. All of the servers in Gatlinburg go above and beyond to make guests feel at home and have a great time, especially on our tour. It is customary that people do tip if they feel the bartenders do a great job. In our welcome message we suggest for those wanting to tip for it to be about $3.00 per person per location or $5.00 per couple. This is a suggested amount and none goes to Jennifer or I. Please in no way feel obligated to tip anyone. Many guests who do enjoy tipping appreciate being guided on a suggested amount.
