People love this tour because you will be visiting as friends! From private VIP backstage to sampling, its all included!

I will be showing you real life working stills and getting behind the scenes where people can't go. You will be treated as VIP guests at all the locations we visit.

During our walk we will have a couple of stopping points where we will go over the fun (NOT DRY) history and tidbits of moonshine and of course talk about "how the old-timers did it".

This tour will be action packed for the full 3 hours you are with me with the goal of trying different wines and over 15 different flavors of all proofs and even a moonshine cocktail!

What To Expect

Tennessee Shine Company - Gatlinburg

Here we we will have an amazing tasting from flavors that will run from 35 proof cream based all the way to 135 proof 'off the still' moonshine.

Little Bear Winery

After a short walk, we go to an AMAZING winery where you will have a true VIP experience and sample many different types of wine.

Sugarlands Distilling Company

Our last stop will feature an exclusive to our tour behind the scenes tour of a working distillery from a knowledgeable guide. If that isn't good enough we will also give our guests the opportunity to sample actual moonshine cocktails. After that, we will be doing our last moonshine flight tasting. Its an experience not to be missed

If you're traveling to Gatlinburg, this is a must. Both Michael and Jennifer were wonderful guides and made this a one of a kind tour. I'm looking forward to doing this tour again on our next trip down.

I was a little apprehensive on doing a tour with a "local" instead of a company but after reading the reviews on this page along with over 50 reviews on Airbnb I thought I would give it a shot. My tour was hosted by the owners, Mike and Jennifer. They met us at the location and even had some welcome gifts. They told us everything we were going to do and even shared history on the moonshine industry and the bootlegging side of it. I was concerned there wasn't going to be enough "tastings" for the price but I can tell you I consider myself as a high tolerance person and I could not do every shot there was. Even after I thought we were done they took us back for a free coctail Mike paid for. Even though you could stumble into the distilleries on your own you would not get the VIP skip the line treatment or the knowledge. It would be like going blind into the forrest. We got to even meet a star from the Moonshiners show. Mike got us a private meet and greet with Tickle. We were so happy. Thank you so much! We are booking his tour to Knoxville next.
