Paid for 2 hours and was told we could uses the 2 hour that same day or when ever we wanted to. So bad my 10 yr old grandson did not even want to continue. We ask about basketball and was told yes they had it. Got inside and that part was closed because they was short of help, double checked with desk about the expiration of the 2nd hour and it was not even put on the card. Kinda of shady when we told them we did not want to go in if they did not have basketball and then it was closed plus selling us 2 hours and only giving us one. Will never go back.

Jonesteam3, thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. When we are staffed for the slower hours, our employees rotate from one area to the next to accommodate the guest needs. We were however fully staffed on Saturday, so the basketball court should not have been closed at any time. When you choose to separate your hours one is put on the wristband and the remaining hour is put on the card and it never expires. You can come back to redeem your second hour whenever you please. We would like to know more about your experience. Please send us an email to [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you.

Today, my nephew and I visited TopJump (costing an unbelievable $40 for one hour). Due to the price, I had high expectations, but I was let down. My nephew was completing the ninja course, and all three of the workers, who were supposed to be watching the children, were conversing and laughing instead. This has caused a serious safety hazard for all of the children trying to complete the course. The teenagers working at TopJump need to complete extensive training for the sake of the children. I am highly disappointed. Will not return or suggest to anybody.

Tsloehr, thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our employees go through extensive training and although we strive to portray a fun and family-friendly work environment, our guest's safety is our top priority. As for the prices, we try to offer the best value in the Smokies and are comparable to similar attractions in the area. The one hour package is only $15.99 and we offer a great variety of discounts as well!
