Comfortable bus and good video that narrates the entire trip, but there's too much down time between spots being highlighted, just driving thru unattractive parts of town. I would suggest a review of some of the routes and either add more content /locations, or just
cut some of the driving out and insert a couple of stops along the way. Only stop at the official Visitor's Center was great, top notch!
The bayside Veteran's/Military Memorial Park would be a great place to allow some off time to walk and read the monuments, etc.
We did learn some interesting new things about the town! Easy access and comfort.

We booked online for the tour, but had some confusion about where to meet, so we recommend booking directly with the company. To make up for confusion, the management at GoRetro, accommodated us and Tour guide was excellent. I can't say enough about the management and ownership of this company. Quallity people. Loved the Video guide on the bus.

Upon arrival in Pensacola, I went straight to the Visitor's Center for information as to how to see the sights in one day. It was a weekday, and not too busy, so I decided upon the Go Retro Tour. Lynn was my tour guide. She was very professional and courteous. She immediately got me on the bus and off we went. We picked up a few other people on the route and I did the recommended complete tour first. She then dropped me off near Palafox Street by Jackson's Steak House, leaving me a card with a cell number to call so she could pick me up when I was ready. She was there promptly after I walked around, had lunch and saw some of the sights. Lynn was fabulous and gave us a lot of information about the city. I would highly recommend this tour.
