Caitlin Johnson is an excellent tour guide. She mixed in humor with her recitation of historical facts. I definitely learned a lot on this tour and cannot recommend it enough!!

Caitlin Johnson made history come alive in a most delightful way as she guided us on the Freedom Trail through Boston! She is a gifted story teller and a fount of knowledge. We greatly enjoyed hearing about the beginnings of our country as we followed her around the Freedom Trail! We highly recommend her tour.

We just toured several stops along the Freedom Trail with the Histrionic Academy. Prior to our trip, I bought a Groupon for this tour. We could only buy four tickets with the groupon and we have a family of five, so I had to go online and buy one more, but that wasn't a problem. Our guided tour started at the Visitor Center at the Boston Common. We really liked our tour guide. He was very personable and really knew his history. He managed to keep all three of my teens (19, 17 and 13) interested and engaged by telling lots of fun stories. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because our tour group was way too big. With traffic going by and church bells ringing, sometimes it was hard to hear what he was saying. The Granary Burial ground was also a little tight with our large group and others visiting, as well. Of course, we are visiting over Columbus Day weekend and Boston is very crowded at this time. All in all it was a great tour. I would definitely recommend it!
