The Tour of The Freedom Trail by the Histrionic Academy is the best way to see Boston. You will meet your costumed guide in the Boston Common and hear about Boston's inspiring history. Following the freedom trail past several historic sites guests will be amazed by the stories of America's Founding Fathers, the American Revolution and New England's Colonial History. This walking tour Follows the Freedom Trail for approximately 1.2 miles from the Boston Common to Faneuil Hall.

This was a last minute addition to a business trip, and it wound up being the highlight of the whole trip! Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and engaging! I highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Boston!!

Enjoyed our tour and learned so much about the history of Boston. Our tour guide, Caitlin Johnston, did a great job. As a "dressmaker" in Colonial era costume, she provided us with historical facts, a wonderful sense of humor, and even some witty twists that made the tour even more enjoyable. She was very personable, spoke well, and loud enough to be heard (even over the occasional sirens). We highly recommend the tour and Caitlin as your guide.

We had a great time on a hot summer day with this Freedom Trail tour. Our tour guide (I feel terrible I don’t know her name but she said she was the governor’s daughter, a loyalist) was fantastic. She shared a ton great history in an entertaining way.
