Very good tour. The guide dressed like she lived in the 1600 and it was authentic. The guide was very loud and know what her script was

The tour was very informative and the guide was great - funny, but not irritatingly funny like most tour guides are. Unfortunately, I don't recall his name, but he wore glasses and didn't have a beard as the guide in the pictures someone posted. One drawback is the group was too large. We made a point of always being near the guide to hear everything, but I could see how people in the back could get 'lost' among the other people on the streets of Boston. Buy your tickets on Groupon and save some $$, but overall, would recommend it. The tour ends at Faneuil Hall which has lots of kiosks and a super large food court; it was a great place to end up.

We read all the reviews and should have believed the negative ones. We were unable to hear the leader. He was a nice old man, but it took him 5 minutes to complete each sentence because after every couple of words, he would have to think about what he was saying. Extremely frustrating tour. We finally walked off, bought a book and did a self guided tour on our own. Save your money and do your own self guided tour.
