I booked this online and accidentally chose the wrong airport. The tour provider contacted me right away to let me know but they had already changed my reservation. They took care of everything. At arrival I had a message from the greeter to let me know that she was waiting for us. The lei was beautiful, and the greeter was a sweetheart.
