The Park Tour is typically sold out days before, but we exclusively buy tickets in advance! The Tour offers luxury and clean transportation with small groups. You will have a photo Beach stop opportunity. Very few Tour people know about this hidden lifetime experience at Roaring Camp. Among the oldest running locomotives service in America!

What To Expect

North Beach

7:30am Meet: 2351 Powell St. (corner of Bay St.) Look for a Black Mercedes Van. With a Green Flag (marker) Bus Stop Public Transportation available. Start with scenic drive on Highway 1 of the breathtaking Pacific Ocean coastline.

Pacifica

On the Cliff Sides, you will occasionally be on the edge of your seat. Enjoy the magnificent vistas while relaxing. Occasionally spot Mother Nature's creatures around.

Santa Cruz

For Sea Lovers you can enjoy the search for wildlife in a variety of native species. From California Condors to Red-Tail Hawks. Mother Nature's weather may have some surprises.

Santa Cruz

At Henry Cowell State Park short tour through Redwoods Grove. Here you can find "The Giant" largest on the West Coast. Some trees over 2,000 years. May find a glimpse of a Banana slug up to 10".

Roaring Camp Railroads

Jump on among the oldest running Steam Engine Train in America from in the 1880s through Giant Tall Redwoods and bridges. Steam engine riding on the power around twisting narrow turns up a mountain and down over tall bridges.

We were picked up in a nice beautiful coach with luxury seating and a friendly host. We experienced an amazing ride down the coast to the majestic redwoods and a steam train ride. We stopped at the beach along the way for a bathroom break and to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Definitely a must do.

We were picked up by a brand new Mercedes sprinter van. We drove down Hwy 1 to Pescadero beach for a short break. We then drove into Santa Cruz and then up to Felton. At Roaring camp we went exploring, had a nice lunch and then went on a steam train ride through the giant redwoods. After we went for a short walk through the giant trees. We then headed home. The driver was very nice and courteous. Had a great time. Loved it!
