We paid $168.26 for a ride from Seatac to Seattle. The driver was friendly and the car was very comfortable. However, when we got to our hotel we were told that since he waited 28 mins longer than anticipated we owed him an extra $46.00 which had to be paid in cash (hmmm, funny business). He was supposed to meet us at baggage claim with a sign with my name on it. He did not. He told us that everyone exits door 10, but the exit from our baggage area was door 24. So, we had to wait for him. Our flight landed on time and even with a delay on the tarnac we still were ready to go in the 45 minute window. Where that 28 minutes supposedly came from I’ll never know. I feel we were taken advantage of, but after a cross country flight we were too exhausted to argue. This is the first time I have ever been ripped off by a Viator suncontractor.
