Viator, service provider and ultimate drivers had miscommunication and lack coordination dispute Viator taking money and also ticket there was no pickup and had to pay more. Too many hands when booking this way!

Dear, we tried to reach you so many times to inform you booking was wrong. As you can clearly see in the description, this product covers HOUSTON DOWNTOWN, and you booked a transfer for Sugarland, 23 miles far from Downtown. The cost is of course higher, and we tried to contact you to coordinate and inform you about new conditions but we never got an answer, so transfer could not be coordinated. 1 star doesn´t seem fair, and you got your money back, we didn´t get anything from it.
