Our driver was right on time or a little early which is helpful with our 89 year old mother and her walker. The ride to airport was comfortable. Our driver was very friendly and professional.

Absolutely the worst experience ever Their contract states 30 mins, but after an hour I’m still sitting waiting in “Aba” and after several calls to their agents, who quote the 30 minute wait and I’m still waiting. Not in this day and age especially in New York JFK airport. Telephone agents are rude and not helpful or friendly - avoid at all cost and book the train at 10% of the cost. Awful customer service and no care for the customer at all. Several passengers sitting here waiting some longer than an hour and a half. My colleagues I travelled with are in town and checked into their hotels already - big mistake on my part booking this shower of crap!
