I booked 3 transfers using 2 vans each for 20 people for our family cruise - to the hotel, to the port, and to MIA. On all three transfers the drivers were 20-40 minutes late. One of the drivers could not speak English. On one of the vans, they added another group to our private van. The communication through the app to the vendor was very poor - often ignored me as I tried to make sure we would not miss our connection. Fortunately, we did all arrive on time each time.
